It began with a conversation. A conversation discussing the frustration and fatigue that are endemic to being a member of the traditional sales apparatus. The games, gimmicks, lies, and predatory stench that permeate much of this business had taken its toll. No matter how hard I would try to maintain a sense of morality, it would become abundantly clear that doing so would be impossible.

 

If I were to continue in the swamp, I would get enveloped by the muck. With this in mind, the concept of "The Honest Broker" was born. The business would form shortly after, with four foundational pillars: operate with integrity, be considerate, be fair with pricing, and, most of all... be transparent! Since 2021, we have set out to do just this. I wouldn't be lying if I said that over the last few years, it hasn't been challenging. Keeping the doors open was not always a certainty. Yet when despair came knocking, right behind it would be you, our loyal client base, who have uplifted us at every turn and kept us confident that our mission is just. We have often been ridiculed for our pricing and compassion.

 

The most consistent claim from our peers is that “we give away cars.” We hear it and take it in stride because we understand their learned behavior is to think transactionally. Building relationships is not part of Modis' operating model. They think 'customers'; we think 'clients'. You are the single greatest reason we are still in business today. It is with that in mind that we have decided to focus on becoming more complete. You have demanded it through your constant patronage, and we have listened.

 

The Honest Broker LLC is now “THB Auto”. Over the next few months, ovet the next few months we will be introducing innovative programs like “ THB Starter Cars” (vehicles priced under 5k), as well as “ Eco-Lux" (which are economical Luxury pre owned vehicles priced at 15k and under with slight THB enhancements) and Last we’ll be introducing a brand new way to get those who may have credit barrier that may normally exclude them from purchasing high end luxury or exotic vehicles yet have the cash flow to support the purchase. It's an exciting time for us, and we hope that if you're not a client yet, you'll strongly consider becoming one.
